I am a dedicated father, husband and servant.
Born in East Harlem, New York City of Puerto Rican Parents. I am bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English.
I started working in Information Technology in 1983. I am still working a full time job in the field.
I have lived in Orlando, Florida since 2010 in the district 3 where I seek to become County Commissioner.
I'm always interested in hearing of new opportunities on how we together can help others and each other.
I am the founder and president of "Miles of Help Through Christ", a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to helping the homeless. Every two weeks I open my home to volunteers from all walks of life, to prepare food and clothes for those in community. I have organized seventeen large collaborative, community outreaches including the largest by any independent, faith-based organization on November 2016 when we hosted 240 volunteers and nearly 800 homeless individuals at the Lake Eola Amphitheater.
I am the founder of Teach Them to Fish U.S.A, a new non-profit which exists to empower children and young adults by providing basic life skills through a series of classes in order to help them become independent, self-sufficient and productive.
My wife and I started 'Changing Rooms' "Changing Rooms U.S.A" which already has served serveral countries and some states due to the recent hurricanes.
I am currently serving on the Orange County Commission on Aging.
I am a Master Mason of "Pine Castle Lodge 368".
I am also an ordained chaplain of "Iglesia El Calvario" under Assemblies of God. Yes I believe in God. I am a follower of the teachings of Jesus Christ. My faith only dictates how I behave.
I provide my Notary Public services free to the homeless and poor.
